Coronary CatScan Angiogram

I've been weak, having fainting spells, chest pains, tinglingin my head, neck and shoulders, shortness of breath, exercise intolerance...

I went to the cardiologist and they did an EKG which was normal

They did an ECHO and said my Right Bundle Branch was enlarged

I was scheduled for a Coronary CT Angio yesterday, and I got there and they said my heart rate was too high to do the test, so now it is re-scheduled for next week and my docor is having me double my blood pressure meds the day before and day of the test.

Can anyone tell me what this test is like and what happens if they find something wrong?
I'm wondering if I should pack a bag and take it with me just in case they admit me to the hospital for surgery or something.
Also, wanted to know if the test is painful and what to expect afterwards.

" My mum is going in for the same procedure soon. They told her that they like you to stay near the hospital for 48hrs afterwards incase of any reaction to the tests. But I cann't comment on anything else, as here problem is not quite as serious as yours. Wishing you all the luck. "
