" I think its a safe bet that the MRI is going to tell the doctors alot ...its the best heart problem screener there is.I had a heart attack angioplasty and 2 stents put in and they did not do an MRI . You are lucky they did this for you but keep up seeing your doctor when you feel you need to (an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure) . It is unlikely they will do another MRI for you and I don't want to scare you but if all the doctor is going to do is an EKG get a second opinion because EKGs are useless machines unless they are attached to you all day for about a week and even then I still think they are the stupidest inventions going and still used in medical practice to date (its just my opinion)take care and don't worry to much MRIs are absolutely awesome . Glad you were able to get one . "

" Have you worn a holter monitor, where it monitors your heart rhythm for 1-2 days or longer??

Is this happening frequently enough at night that they might catch it on the monitor?? "
