..wow midnight to 11am. Sounds like a long great night sleep but wait..here's how it went.
slept midnight to 2:30am - woke up
slept 2:35am to 4:00am - woke up
slept 4:05am - 6:30am - woke up
slept 6:35am - 8:30am woke up
slept 8:35am - 9:30am to 10:45am
I usually don't wake up this often during the night. I usually just wake up once or twice. I never get more than 4 hours sleep at o...

My couselor finally finally faxed ME the completed Disability forms along with a two page summary of her notes at 9pm this evening. She also faxed me the CONFIRMATION pages to show me she DID fax it to the disability company back on 9/22!
NOW she is also diagnosing me with Major Depression.
.... SHe was SO NICE... she said she knows I am unable to afford counseling, she referred me to a place...1 Recommendation -

We all go thru periods where thing just seem to keep coming and coming and coming.....
well, I am ready for this time to be over....... In short, had a scare with a lump in the breast that they now are going to watch, but think it is probably nothing (85% sure), thought I might get promoted, and I so needed the money, but needed the approval and atta-girl even more for all the things we have... -

I can think much better today. I'm not as achy. My headache is minimal. My sore muscles aren't as bad either! This is as good as it gets. Now I am afraid to do too much - too scared of a relapse.. I can't believe I've been DOWN and out all week just from going to a movie on Saturday and visiting with my sister while she was in town!

Well,
even though it rained today, I had a pretty good day. A little tired, but that could have been the weather. I curled up on the couch with my dog and partner and watched movies. This was after class, which sort of bummed me out. The class is pre-calculus and it is not easy. Other than that, I've had a pretty decent day, despite the weather.

Being in the Land of Enchantment was so wonderful. Returning to the Great North WET has been a wee bit disappointing. It is cold and wet here, only about 10 degrees Celsius. It is suppose to snow tonight at the pass. It is already the 9th of June.

Self worth is hard to acknowledge at times.
