Digitek Recall
Watch this
View More Posts Ignore
Hey you guys...most of you have heard this but wanted to post a quick note:

1) On April 28, 2008 the FDA issued an announcement that Actavis Totowa LLC, a manufacturing division of the international generic pharmaceutical company Actavis Group, has initiated a voluntary nationwide recall of all lots of Digitek (digoxin tablets, USP, all strengths) for oral use.
2) All Digitek products are being recalled because the possibility exists that tablets with double the appropriate thickness may have been commercially released, and these tablets may contain twice the approved level of active ingredient
3) Remember this does NOT include all digoxin tablets so LANOXIN and LANOXICAPS are not a problem....
