I work at a very gay friendly restaurant, yet my aunt' and uncle are the owners. My parents both already know I'm gay, but my aunt doesn't. I want her to hear it from me first, so I keep waiting to tell people at work, but now I've gone so long (2 months) without saying anything that I feel like it would be weird if I told people now. Any suggestions???

Easy, arrange a meeting after work or something. Make it wound work related and say that you feel better doing it in person. Do it in a private place and once they know, you have nothing left to hold you back.
Also if your parents know...your aunt and uncle could already know and just act like they don't. Just to remind you of that possibility.
