Hi all:), I have been dealing the last few weeks with trying to get over that via medical and lack of funds I have now real way to let the inner female out. I am a born male, but in recent years I have been playing @ geting my tg self fixed up. the question here is where to turn next? I weekend after this dawned on me I was about ready to go and off myself, I find it helpful to talk to people that know what the hell is going on or have a better sense then the average populus(sp). any suggestions here is greatly appreciated

im ftm and just decided yesterday that i do in fact want to go through the transition. you may be lost a little but remember that you have gotten further than some of us. just like other people are ahead of you. try talking to your doctor about what the next step for you is and how to go about it. you might be surprised at what you find
