i have been out since i was 18, but only up till very recently ahve people taken me serious about it as i was in a serious relationship which had now ended and my heart is in 2 to be honest i just cant cope no more i really cant every day is another struggle.

Hun its gonna be ok. Heart break is really hard, I know, but you have to look at it this way...that just means you and that person weren't meant to be and there is just someone better out there for you. Just hold on and love will come again.

Heart breaks hurt. A lot. But not forever. That pain goes away.
Look at it this way, Everytime you work out, you strech your muscles and make tiny rips. Then, the tissue grows back stronger. That's how muscle's are built up. Every heart break is end of a hard workout. You'll wake up and be sore and tired for a few days. But soon you'll wake up and realize that you're even stronger than you were before. Just watch out. You have to give your heart some time for the soreness to go away. Don't work it too hard yet. hope this helps? much love, ~Kay
