It's trying to kick in again that darn Codependency. My Hubby said All He does is work eat and sleep and that I at least get out, Church, Meetings, Shopping, Staying in touch with friends. He tried to make me feel bad for doing healthy things for myself. He stopped drinking daily on His own He only drinks socially now. I told Him I don't want to watch Him kill himself. I have to stand my ground, because I am feeling better for it. Could someone Give me Advise?

" my husband also tries to make me feel guilty when i do things that i enjoy. he does work alot and doesn't do anything fun or that he enjoys when he isn't working, but that is not my fault he is a grown man and makes his own decisions, it's not up to me to make him happy he has to learn how to do that on his own, it took me years to start taking care of myself, i won't let him guilt me into feeling miserable just because he does.
