" We do that by creating our own personal boundaries.

Link boundary book here =

It takes some effort and some studying and we all must do our home work.

We stop being "needy" by taking care of our own needs our self, and we cling to our self and cling to our higher power and NOT to other people.

Boundaries, boundaries, we all need boundaries. "
