a caretaker of parents -they died
said she thought I should not send anything or talk much to family-some emails from relatives are too much-get help,get a guy-I told one person that- mean ones,etc.I think I will put it on Auto-reply

" The "auto-reply" is nicer then no reply.

But I say give a real reply to all family or friend emails.

Some in my family will only say mean things too so I reply as nice as I can. When I tell them off then they stop writing like a rat crawling back into their hole.

So if you take their mean stuff without giving an out of control emotional reaction then you being nice to them is like the cheese in the rat trap that catches them.

The parents dying is a big deal. "
