I am on LOA for grief and get doctor's
done because she won't let me g0 I was out 3 weeks vacation-I had no preference when Since leave she has called 3-4 times and said don't call the Direcrtor and DOn't call or send anything to HR about the loa i have 5 dr's appts I sent email to nice boss- asking for night position-won' have to deal with her I left vm for Director and HR tomorrow I am so nervous with her-she is making me sicker Posted on 08/16/08, 05:08 pm |

She does not sound like a "bully" as it sounds like she is just the Boss.
If she is working with you as in saying do not call the Director or send stuff to HR then I would suggest that you do as she says.
