Please read my journal and tell me: "Is this it?" No drugs, no alcohol, no chemicals at all but my sister says this relationship is codependent.

It would be difficult to make a diagnosis of codependency over the Internet.
Here I think is a helpful link: www.DocumentsSite.BraveHost.com Your journal sounds like lots of meshed boundaries and that is one trait of codependency. Many people cross boundaries and mix their feelings and it is not necessarily healthy but it can be fun to do it harmlessly with a friend. It is like some people can drink without problems while others fall into alcoholism. Some people the codependency is debilitating while others seem to play games with it. Only Heaven knows why.

I don't know if this is co-dependent but it sure sounds alot like Miss World's situation. Read some of her posts. Whatever it is, doesn't sound healthy at all. I'm proud of you for moving out and moving on. I would defininitely see a counselor just to be sure you can set proper boundaries and not fall into the same types of relationships.
Stay Strong.
