" Great thought, why not? Scientist are working on growing other organs for human transplant, why not a penis, it's another organ! If you were going to use it restore your foreskin, you also need the muscular mechanism to make it all work, so you would need the last part of the penis as well. The frenulum, frenar bands, glans, etc. "
