well... I broke my wrist whilst inline skating a few months back. I had a cast put on and the DR said it was only a slightly displaced bone so it should heal fine. However 3 weeks later the sharp bone severed a tendon so i had to have surgery to repair it and pins put in as they had to break my arm to sort out the displaced bone! Then back in the cast for 6 weeks! I have just had the cast taken off now and am wearing a removable splint!
Now my thumb is very numb and i have a burning pain and tingling. Im also having aching pain that will shoot up my arm to my shoulders.Im going for physio next wednesday so i will talk to her about this but it sounds like CTS to me! Arghhhh! What do u guys think? Posted on 07/16/08, 05:07 am |
