I was my mother's caregiver for almost 4 years before she died. This article is about some of the very important things I learned about being a caregiver.

The advice in this article is important for anyone who is a caregiver or is a family member or friend of an individual in need of care.

I hope you find the advice and recommendations truly helpful.

Love, Sabrina

" Thanks,I looked at some of the articles.I too took care of my parents until they died and it's a very hard thing to do.I balanced out the pain by going to kareoke and getting brave, and sang their. Now I have my own at home kareoke machine, and it's a nice feeling ,as I sing songs I know they liked and dedicate it to them-feels like they're still here.
