i have decided to get certified as ombudsman, i am going this september to be certified at vanderbilt hosptial as child with disabilities advocate and was just offered the certification classes as ombudsman, i want to help others in the same situation, there is no $$$ involved, just the satisfaction of knowing i did my best to help someone that could not help themselves. wish me luck!
