having hard time breathing scared to death been taking my inhaler not wking i have really bad bronchitis i have been to doctor twice they haven't help me much at all now i just dont know what to do!i haven't sleep in two days i'm a reack, now im in panic mode. could someone tell me how too calm down im really scared.please help!any advise would be great tking about going to the er
thats how bad iam been here before you ppl are amazing w/ lots of tlc i have to be at wk today at 11:am till 7:pm tks linda

" Breathe out first then breath in - Try to breath out longer than your breath in.

Try to relax and play relaxing music when you are in panic mode.

Do go back to your doc and ask to be referred to respiratory specialist. It sounds like you have not yet got the right medicine or dose.

Please ask to be referred for pulmonry rehab, a refresher if you have already done one and have forgotten the information learned.

An ionising (non ozone producing) may be of help.
