Ok He agreed to go to counseling, by himself, and go to marriage counseling. The problem is he blames me for everything and Im afraid marriage counseling is going to be one big blamefest. He takes no responsibility towards his OW, dismisses the conversation all together. He has some ridiculous accusations against me No matter how many times I tell him thats not true, your being crazy, I would never do that he dont believe me. Im tired of defending myself. My counseler told me to stop responding to the accusations. So I have heard marriage counseling dont work and makes things worse. So upon my desperation, I searched the internet and found a program, thats guaranteed to work or money back. Been endorsed by tons of Tv stations, radio stations, and famous people. The website is www.marriagemax.com. I was wondering if anybody has tried this program? I bought the cheap version. Should I just give up and move on, or try like hell to save my marriage, cause thats what I really want, but I dont want the same marriage it was. And now im getting tired, and wondering if moving on is better cause all I want is my hurting to stop.

I didn't try that one. The thing that made the biggest difference (although it didn't succeed in the end) was "The Divorce Remedy" by Michele Weiner Davis. It did take a seemingly hopeless situation and pull it back from the edge for a while.

We (well I...LOL) tried a VHS tape program, marriage/separate counseling, books, a retreat. I believe in counseling. Yes, it can be a blamefest, but, like anything, the first counselor probably won't be a fit. Perhaps not even the second, third. You have to find the fit. As far as the blamefest, it's tricky, as they have to provide a 'safety' for both parties, where both feel that. But if it is someone's nature, outside of counseling, to be the 'victim', then the counselor's role is that much more challenged. It takes work, finding one that fits. But worth it, right, if you can save a marriage?
