How does one get that self esteem? I want some and don't have any... Can you buy it somewhere and I just haven't received that cataglog yet?

Wow, where to start?
Self-esteem comes from the inside and works its way out, not the other way around. It comes from being okay with YOU. Scratch that, it comes from LOVING yourself and being the best darn you YOU can be. Wrinkles, furrowed brow, a penchant for being crotchety...doesn't matter, they're all part of the package. You have to grow it and nurture it. Self-esteem is like a Chia Pet in your soul. ...I'll let you chew on that one for a while.

kelly had mine in the beginning but have lost it more recently. Don't know why now. Think about how well you've done through this. What you have accomplished, work out regularly, lost weight. Sounds good
