Yeah, it's gonna be hard ! I'm on day 29. There are days when I feel good about it and days it tears at my heart. The good days are taking the lead right now. Hang strong, come here when you feel the need to contact. Everyone here will help you through this !

DO IT! its amazing what a relief it is, saves so much stress. (of course if its an emergency, well understandable). No contact helps you heal so much faster even though it ouches sometimes. Stick to your decision.
