Not to take anything away from people that perhaps can face such a challenge without an emotional breakdown, but I agree with 01Wjun... I think the emotional crisis some of us feel is absolutely normal, and in some ways, necessary to rebuilding process. But trust me, I know it sucks. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.
