Wedding Ring Coffin and a Question
Watch this

A few weeks ago I ordered a wedding ring coffin. They come with standard engravings but you can come up with your own. I did make up my own engraving and it is perfect! It came this last weekend and I just love it! My STBX has already taken off his wedding ring weeks ago but I am still wearing mine (as I happen to still be married). The coffin will be waiting when I am ready to take off my ring. Great closure since I didn't want to sell the ring or put it in a drawer. What has everyone else done with their ring(s)?

" Packed it away, in a drawer, ready to pawn when I need to.

" Yup, the coffin is great. It's like I gave myself more control over the whole situation by buying it. I may change my mind in future about what to do with the rings but for now this is perfect. "

" I gave my daughter my wedding band from my first marriage (which was to her dad) second one, I will cast into the ocean from the same spot where he asked me to marry him. Its like throwing it into the sea of forgetfulness. My only issue with doing that is our wedding bands belonged to his parents. His mother asked us to us them instead of getting new ones. Said it would mean alot to her. Thought about giving it back but decided agianst it. Long story. "

" My rings are under my bathroom sink. I haven't regularly worn them since he moved out in December. They don't mean anything to me now that we're not together.

I love the idea of the wedding ring coffin but I haven't ordered one yet. I think they're kind of for display and I really don't want to see my rings everyday!

As much as I hate that we wasted the money on them I'm glad the ex wasn't into tatoos! I always thought it would be neat to have something tatooed on our fingers. Thank goodness he wouldn't go along with it! "

" This is how lame I am. I absolutely love my rings. I'm really looking forward to the day when I can put them back on. I'm hoping whoever I end up with will be happy not to have to buy jewelry and wont mind that I wear those rings. We'll see huh? "

" My rings are on a chain hanging from the dresser. I wish I could wear my mother's ring but it is too big and I don't want to get it sized until I finish losing weight. The coffin is a good idea but I think I will save my rings. "
