Breakups & Divorce Support Group

I just filled out my responce papers for my divorce. Really sucks, I just spent the last day with my daughter, had a great time then had to get these papers ready. Welcome back to reality! For those of you that know my situation, I did put my daughter in my responce, hopefully the judge will see in my favor to give me partial custody based on out history so that I dont have to go the rout of bringing in child proctective services. (I already called them and I have a a good case, but would rather not have to bring them in...)
On the topic, to all the parents out there who are parents by love, not by blood, who continue to care for your children, either financially, emotionaly, or both, big love to you. You see the whole picture, that there is more than just you and your x involved. To any of you on the other side of the table, those of you that have childeren that someone has come along and loved and supported when they didn't have to, and wants to continue to do that, realize that there are more than just your feelings involved here. You may hate that person, but were/are they still good to your children? Do they have a bond with them? Don't take that from either of them. I can understand if there is an unhealtyness there, but if there is not, let both of them keep that, you do owe it to them.
And while I'm on my soap box.... To those of you out there that have abandoned your children/step-children or dont fight for yours and their rights, well maybe you should just message me, I got a few choice words for ya that I shouldn't put in this post!
