I am wondering if we should put together some suggestions that we can pool from to help the new people on the site. Maybe there already is one...
But I will start off with my suggestion, and if you feel you have a good one add it here. Then we could cut and paste when we here those words.


Suggestion

1. Make sure to eat and sleep. If you can't sleep grab a PM. This vital to survival mode which you may find yourself in.

1. to take some time to just be a mess (cry, lounge around the house, etc.)
2. make a list of the x's bad qualities and when you are missing them..look at the list.
3. Make a list of the qualities you want in a partner (and don't list your x)

I'll add more the further along I get in the books "

Well, what about coloring, swinging, playing dress up, or jumping rope. " i think there are a lot of things one can do. there are a couple that stand out to me that i have read thus far. first, and oddly enough, this one struck me when i read it is the one about the battery operated boyfriend and hands. sexual feelings are one of the first things affected by strong emotions. when people get upset, their sex drive goes out the window. pleasing oneself does many things. it makes you feel more attractive, but it also releases tons of endorphins in your brain, which is the body's built in feel good center. same for exercise. people who run often speak of the runners high they get. it is the flood of endorphins that are released after exerting yourself. using your body's own defenses to help you only makes sense! however you can stimulate your body to do that, be it exercise or giving yourself pleasure...it is essential. "
