Hi to all,

My name is Tommy and I am married since 8 years. Two years before I had an motorbike accident which made me disabled. Due to having arguments all the time I have moved in to my friends house temporary. I thought this can calm her dawn and make things better. But instead I find out that she is getting ready to open an divorce case against me. So her divorce solicitor has written to my injury solicitor an undertake which means to stop any compensation money that I will get till the divorce case finishes. Other wise they will take a court order to do this. But there is no money that can be talked about it because my treatments are still on going. Just last week I had to have an operation. Can someone who knows about family law please help me with this. Can she do this?

I feel so broken and upset about it and can't believe what she is trying to do to me. I don't even know if I am going to be well enough to go back work again. If I can't how will I live without no money. She is the biggest evil I have ever saw.

Sorry for this, but I will be very grateful if some one can answer my question.

King regards

Tommy.

" I think you need to get in touch with a lawyer immediately. I am here in the states so I don't know your laws but sounds like you are going to have to find out what they are pretty quickly. "
