I believe that I am finally coming out of the fog and getting ready to begin the next chapter of my life. About a month and a half ago, I put all my wedding photos, photo albums and other reminders in a box. I didn't want to do anything rash until I got my head on my shoulders. My divorce will be final in 34 days. I was wondering what those of you have done? I have 11 years of memories. I don't see myself wanting to look back and relive those days. Just need some input.

I burned wedding pics when he moved out. I do still have them on dvd though. Now that I think about it I probably won't get rid of the rest of the pics. Braeden might want to see them when he gets old enough.

I, too, am having difficulty with this issue. I figured I would box up all photos and mementos he had given me over the years and put them in the back of a closet. I don't have any kids so I'm not worried about preserving those things for them but what scares me the most is that a part of me is saving them because what if there is that small chance that one day we may reconcile and I would regret trashing them.

i took every picture with him out of the albums and put them in the storage unit with his personal things..as i find more here and there i mail them to him..i can get them back later but i doubt there will be time when i do want them

Ya know I did keep the wedding pics with my daughter & I and his kids & I. Still hurts to see how happy we all were, and how I miss them...but they are put away for my daughter if she wants them. It was only the rest I roasted the marshmallows with.
