OK, so this ain't much, but it's a start for planning something for me for a weekend. Check this out, I saw it in the newspaper today:

"Prayers in the Park with Your Pooch" - First Sundays monthly: 8:15am dog walk, 9:00am prayers. Bring prayers aand readings from the world's major religions to share. Community Park. Contact Connie.

I have a pooch -- now I need a good prayer or reading! I would love to find something that recognizes dogs or animals as part of my God's universe. I am sending this as a message to all of my special friends here who have really been trying hard to help me with my weekends.

Anyway, I am ging to be searching for some appropriate prayers or spiritual readings. Would appreciate any ideas and I KNOW you guys have some! And I AM going on Sunday, June 1st! I have a fear of being the only one there, except for maybe "Connie" - but my plan is to do it regardless!!! I wish it was tomorrow Sunday......

I think I will post this in my journal too. And THANK YOU (that was a BIG thank you) for everyone helping me to try to at least think harder about doing something good with my weekends. OK, it is a ways off.... but it is the best I have come up with so far. I will keep working on it.

Hopefully this will be a small start at getting better at planning for myself.
