It has been sooo long since I have gone out, I could not tell you. A friend,invited me to a party tonight I said no, he said not good enough, you are getting out of the house. So, I slipped on the black dress and heels, felt good actually.
We arrived at the party, feeling a bit nervous, I kid you not within 5 minutes I was surrounded by 4 men. Two were lawyers, so I really had nothing to say to them,lol..But the compliments, just kept coming, I was overwhelmed. Due to not going out, for some time, I really had lost track that I am a funny woman, with a brain and can hold a conversation with new people. So, now tucked up at home, in my pj's, for the first time in a long time, I feel that it is all, going to be ok. Sorry, just wanted to share. Posted on 05/17/08, 10:05 am |
