Well, he just called and said he would come pick up his weight bench Monday and sign papers then. I am just sick now....it's finally going to be over and I need to keep reminding myself WHY this is GOOD! It hurts like hell and I did cry a few tears because it is an ending...but I have a huge open window in front of me, the door has slammes shut on my ass and I am diving head first through it! (Hope someone cute, truthful, respectful and loving is on the other side waiting to catch me!)

You are wise and have a good outlook as scarey as it is. It won't be easy but I agree with others to just take care of yourself and child and the rest will fall into place.I'm 47 and never done it alone.Putting on my brave self and know I will be ok :)

I am right there with you. I am anxiously awaiting the 'feeling' the final papers will bring. He still says he will not sign them, it doesn't matter, he doesn't have to, we have been separated for a year. I just told a friend this morning, I finally reached my last straw and finally cut the last string that I was allowing myself to hold onto. This year has been hell and it has taken this whole entire year to be at this point, but i am at the point now, that if I continue to hold on, then I keep myself and my children from what God has in store for our lives, I rob us of a chance at what He has to offer. We have not suffered this pain for nothing, I believe there is happiness waiting just on the other side!!
