I also posted this in the Child Support Section, but understand that some of you maybe able to shed some light!!

I have a question. In January, my X lost his job. I filed for support on March 7th. He is getting a job at a much less salary than his previous salary, but it includes tips. For the previous 3 years his salary was 40% of the household income.

I am so worried that I am going to get screwed by him again. Does anyone have an idea how it works in PA????

" Does anyone know how they figure in the tips? I carry the insurance. He is taking a $12000 pay cut, doesn't seem fair to me!!!

My hearing has been postponed twice now, so I am getting so nervous and getting sick of begging my parents for gas money just to get to work!!! I have two inches of paperwork and 2 copies. I am trying to get as much info as I may need. "
