I also posted this in the Child Support Section, but understand that some of you maybe able to shed some light!!
I have a question. In January, my X lost his job. I filed for support on March 7th. He is getting a job at a much less salary than his previous salary, but it includes tips. For the previous 3 years his salary was 40% of the household income. I am so worried that I am going to get screwed by him again. Does anyone have an idea how it works in PA???? You should be able to google your states child support guidelines. If he's taking a lower paying job, yes the support is going to be reduced.
