I have been questioning this about myself for sometime. I wonder if I can be truely happy without a man in my life. I can't remember a time, except when I was a child under the age of 15, that I didn't have a significant man in my life. What does this say about me?

In healing from my hurt - I think I'll be okay - without a man for now. I'm content with my own company - I didn't get married until I was 28 - there wasn't exactly a string of men before my marriage - I know have feelings that I settled out of fear of being alone. I have 2 wonderful kids - how could I regret it, I don't. I want to find that special love again some day - but I'm not ready now - I'm okay alone.
