I need to say thank you first of all. Last night was truly one of the worst nights of my life, and I've been throguh some very bad situations. I have never felt that scared for my own well being, and if it hadn't been for my kid's being at home with me I'm scared to think of what I could have done. The pain was so intense!
This morning I called my Dr and have an appointment at 2:00 today to get on a diffrent anti-depressant. Other than that I don't know what else to do right now. I'm not sleeping well at all, I sleep for a couple of hours, and wake up and can't go back to sleep, so I know part of my problem is being exhausted, along with the depression. I just feel that I don't really have the energy right now to do anything. I'm fighting today to keep believing that the clouds will clear tomorrow. Please for anyone who reads this my friends call me 'Chelle, say a prayer for me. This is not something I would ask if I didn't sincerely need it. Posted on 05/09/08, 11:05 am |

'Chelle, stay strong! I'm sending hugs to you!!! When I had trouble sleeping my sister suggested lavender spray on my pajamas and pillow. It really does work--totally relaxes you. Give it a try.

The power of prayer by the masses is amazing...there were many here on DS keeping you in our prayers last night but didn't comment. So glad to hear you are seeing the Doc today to change meds. Hug those kids every opportunity you get and that will keep you more grounded! Take good care of yourself Chelle!

Thank you all so much for your support, encouragement, comfort and prayers. It is such an amaizing thing to come in here and read all of your post's! I truly feel comfort and peace in my heart right now.
I went to my Dr., She upped my dosage of Zoloft, and we will reevaluate in 4 weeks. I explained to her where I was last night, and she gave me some info that if I get to that point again, I have something I can do to help myself. I feel more at peace today, and I truly believe that all of you are angles that were sent to help me through this.
