" As long as it takes?

Sometimes it seems like the pain is never going to end. Hot showers and heating pads help out with that.

But getting a good cry is sometimes just what we need. "

" I cried and cried and it has been 2 months. I still cry every single day. It is healthy for tou to get it out and not bottle it up. "

" I cried while I was married and a some after we separated. I think for me I grieved the loss while I was in the marriage. I prayed a lot asking for peace. It's helped.

My therapist was benificial as well. He wrote on a piece of paper;

(SPOUSES NAME) is __________
(list all the adj that discribe what his focus and how he hurt you)

The truch is he will not change. I know this because we tried so many things to fix it and it failed.

I feel pain because I have temporarily forgotten the TRUTH.

Once I accept the truth I will feel better.

***write this on your bathroom mirror. It worked wonders for me!!!

(((Hugs))) I'm so sorry this is hurting you and your babies. Thinking of you. "

" I am sure it is different for everyone. I never cried over anything in the past, not even deaths in the family. I come from a very stoic background.

When this happened I was a mess. But after a while, a couple of months, it got better. I get sad now, but the crying seems to be over.

Sorry, this in one phase it seems like we all have to go through. Hang in there. Post when you feel like it. Write in your journal. Go out with friends. Do whatever you can. It is going to get better. Sorry. HUGS "

" You will cry as long as you need to! Nothing wrong with it. Have you looked into getting some therapy? It really helped me alot. I cried solid for about 4 months after he left. I was mourning the loss of my "happily ever after" too. Soon you will hit the anger stage and you will start feeling a little better. give it some time and don't be so hard on yourself! "
