I have bad thoughts only at night now when I'm by my self. Is there any ideas on how I can not think these thoughts.Or some thing I shoud tell my doctor or famly? I don't think I'd hurt my self but I am a cutter.And thats seem to be the time I do it.

Definately your doctor and your family if you are comfortable with it. At night when you are alone you need a distraction - that is why i watch so many movies.
