How do we keep getting really old topics back as if they were new? Is someone out scrolling thru year old problems for tearjerkers to emotionally drain the members? What do they get out of it? There's plenty new to say--why so frequent dead topics?

I just posted a comment on a topic that was almost 2 years old..a plea for help and it was really a sad post...people who are looking at the "You might also like" section..MUST look at dates..... It is frustrating and even scary,to read a post,start getting emotional about someones problems...and THEN see the dang post is 2 years old!

Seems it's just another IMPROVEMENT that isn't worth crap...agree with dancing & everyone else who has posted, it sucks & they should do away with things over 2 weeks old BUT like everything else here in the way of changes, we're probably stuck with it.

I agree, its incredibly frustrating. Espescially if you get emotionaly invested in the post.
Why don't they get rid of that damn feature. It doesn't do anyone any good. Put a search by post topic instead, and disable posting to it or just make sure the date is HUGE. Hell, even put on the post Fifteen Years Old.
