Some sleep aides can relax the throat so much that snoring can occur.

I started drowling in my sleep i've never done that before i hate it.

I too started snoring really badly from the meds and weight gain. DH sleeps in the spare room when he is working as he cannot get any sleep with me. Not a side effect I imagined happening..lol!

It might be sleep apnea. The throat is so relaxed, it blocks the air in your throat causing the person to snore.

Your question is worded kind of funny....not all snoring is from meds, but it can be a side effect. Especially something like a sleep aid, or something that can make you drowsy.

i don,t think so,but i remeber when i drank,and would be out cold,and wack up the hole house.so in that way maybe.

If they snore while you talk to them ? ..then that could be Nicholas Narcolepsby, a Dickensian disorder.
Or it could be that yr boring.

If you are snoring and are tired in the a.m., get a sleep study. You probably have sleep apnea. Could very well be from the throat relaxing from too deep a sleep, but it's also hereditary and caused by weight.

I have sleep apnea, and I didn't know what a good night's sleep was till I got a CPAP. OMG, it's amazing. I look like fricken' Darth Vadar when I use it (although I use a mask that only goes up my nose), but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
