When you are completely engulfed in them, it is almost like being in the wings of angels or floating on coulds or just the best thing you can imagine!

For years I have studied Buddhism...and it has really helped me understand my own suffering.

I have reservations when it comes to organized religion. Yesterday I met with the minister at "our" church for the first time in probably 20 years. I finally feel as though I am ready to receive help on a higher level.

Sorry, I babble.

Wow I thought I was the only one who did this. Sometimes it is religion that I feel I need to seek out, and sometimes I think I dive into self help books to "cure" or "fix" me.

I know GandafnGrey I'm still wating as well for an atheist or non believer to tell us if they ever had delusions that involved Satan or God... will bump a little longer to see if any sign on and want to share...

as an atheist i've never had delusions about god or satan however i have had delusions that i need to save the world from itself and once i had a nice little episode where i thought that god might be real and i had to kill him before he came completely into existence yeah that was an interesting episode

I am agnostic and while having a full blown manic episode I did a lot of writing and drawings trying to prove the existence of God. I would talk A LOT about our connection with the universe. I also wrote I one point that I was Buddha entering into the Nirvana...I truly believed that! wow. It was totally out of character of me because I NEVER discuss religion. I did truly felt God's (or whatever can be called) presence. I believed on that more than I believe myself here typing this.

Suddenly, I feel like a total idiot sharing what I did. Shit it is so lonely o be the last one to reply to a posting, specially after sharing an delusional experience.

I don't believe I have any delusion though I am Agnostic. I do believe that everyone is right and sometimes I have been known to feel. . .goddess like. In perfect control of everything. I guess that would be a delusion. LOL I always wonder why I didn't see it coming.
