Ok, so I know I started this post with a question but I am also going to vent a little, sorry.

Here are my medications:

2,000 mg Depakote

100 Lamictal

800 mg Seroquel

200mg Trazadone (for sleeping)

60 mg Restoril (for sleeping)

2 mg Ativan as needed

I have been in a mixed state for about a month now and I want out! My hands are shaking non stop and I am lucky to get 2 hour stretches of sleep, and my sleep is horrible - nothing but dreams and nightmares all night long.

I will shut up now

" I shake real bad when the anxiety is bad. I still don't know the different phases of bipolar, but I do know that I suffer a great deal from anxiety.

Either I can be non-stop, productive, focused and like the energizer bunny with the pressured speech, or I can be non-stop, restless, totally unfocused, fast pressured speech, shaking inside and out, and totally miserable from it all.

Although I have been dx'd and put on disability for BP, it also included severe anxiety and panic attacks.

I HATE the shaking uncontrollable anxiety periods. I can't stay still, but yet I can't do anything either. "
