1st of all, suicide is NOT the easy way out. More importantly, most cities have a community services board that is in place to treat people with mental illnesses who have little or no health insurance. They often provide meds too. You should check in to that, it might help.

I know how you are feeling. You do not need insurance to get help. Each community has a mental health clinic somewhere. Call your local united way. You sound like you are running on empty. Please done live this way for long. Get yourself the help you need. Just like on an airplane when the flight attendant explains how to use the oxygen mask. You are instructed to mask yourself first and then help others. Same goes here. Get yourself the help you need first.Goodluck. HUGS

OK First you have to see the humor in suicide prevention putting you on hold. Then you have to get mad and demand help from the hosp the state any and every agency you can call.Don't take the easy way out ! because its not so easy and I've been there tried that so I know. DEMAND HELP!

I don't know what stae you live in. But I live in Nj I know there are alot of state programs for medical insurance for people who have low income or who can't afford health insurance. If you can get disability for your bp you can get medicare and a prescription plan through them. That is what I do. Also in nj they have medicaid. There is a website called freemedicine.com once you have a dr. you can apply to get your medicine for free. Suicide is not the answer. What you are going through is manageable. I am sorry you are suffering I have been there. Please call a local hospital tell them your situation they will tell you what to do. They can give you the name of a clinic or other help. Good Luck. If you need a friend I am here.

A lot of people have those feelings. then we think things are good. Then we have to do a med change. Or someone dies. Or any other traumatic event. Then it all starts over. You will get stable. And from personal experience. Feeling nothing seems like it would be good. But having been there and occasionally visiting. It can be very dangerous.

I have been going through something similar. Recently had 2 hosp stays and one was for attempted. My dr wanted to change my meds again and I said no. This is situational. I have to do something different than I have been. So I left my husband and am now on my own proving to myself that I am capable of accomplishin things again. There is noone I have to feel like walking on eggshells. And I feel geat. Stressed of course...LOL

I have been where you are many times. Just laying on the couch thinking of the easy way out. But suicide is not the easy way out. If you need someone to talk to, find a free clinic in your area. They are out there; you just have to find them. You also have us to vent to. The free clinics are there should you have no health insurance. I do feel for you. Here are 10,000 HUGS!!!
