I pride myself on being tough...I weathering through just about everything...

The last week I have felt and ntoiced that Im just not me, Im exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally...

I have shut myself off...The things I want and need to say I dont know how too...How do I tell the love of my life that at the moment I am too tired to love or even care...I wear the mask all day for everyone and at night I just want to take it off and be left alone...

I shut off to the point that unintentally dont hear people when they talk to me...I cant hold a conversation I keep my concentration long enough to even follow a conversation let alone actively take part...

I just want to stop...Im so tird it is the worst I have felt in a long time and I dont like it...

" You need to talk to your family, allow yourself to be you, and not wear the mask. It's tiring being bipolar, it really is. Your constantly thinking (racing thoughts) your constantly worrying (with some possible paranoia) you cannot wear the mask ALL the time and let others believe your ok when inside your screaming. Please hug your SO and tell them how you feel.
I'll keep you in my thoughts today. "

" I'm trying to be tough right now; I went back to work on Monday after being off almost 3 months. This is so hard, sitting here pretending to care. I just want to go home, I keep my headphones on all day and avoid talking to people. I promise I'll stick with it if you do too. We in this together. "

" Hugs to you. I have felt this kind of exhaustion. It does pass, just not fast enough. I hope you feel better soon. It helps me to vent and journal. force myself to go out and exercise, and this helps too. Just do what you can do, and cut ourself some slack until it passes. "

" Maybe is a drug interaction, have your meds changed recently? For instance...

ZOLMITRIPTAN (in Zomig) may interact with FLUOXETINE (in Prozac)
Both fluoxetine and zolmitriptan have an effect on serotonin, a chemical that is found in the brain. Excess levels of serotonin in the brain may cause serious or potentially life-threatening side effects. Early signs of this problem include increased confusion and restlessness. Other possible symptoms may include weakness, fever, nausea, and anxiety. In rare cases, high levels of serotonin in the brain may cause severe complications like seizures, stroke, and even death. If fluoxetine and zolmitriptan are used together, it may be best to start with very low doses of each drug under the careful supervision of your doctor. Ask your healthcare provider about these drugs and this potential interaction as soon as possible. "

" Sorry for your pain Johnette. Are you eating and sleeping well? What about activity? Any exercise? Watch some funny movies, go for a walk, just make yourself move.... I find it helps my moods if I do something to get my mind off of that OCD thinking. "
