" Hey hun! Well my lawyer was the same way! Vague as can be. It sparked my paranoia and made me think that he too was not doing his job. I barely ever heard from his office. Then I just started to call there every few months and it took about 3 years to win my case. I don't know, but, I think it's just a personality thing. They have a ton of paperwork to do too so they are scarce due to that as well. But, if you have questions CALL! You are allowed to know what is going on. They are obligated to tell you. "
