This is no miracle cure, but I do believe aromatherapy has a little grain of truth to it. At the very least, it smells great! You have to use the real thing though; not chemical-ish fake stuff. There's a website called Puritan's Pride that sells it pretty cheap. You can also get it at most health food stores or Whole Foods store. I put it in spray mist, put it in the bath, massage in on my scalp, you can do a zillion things with it and you pretty much can;t go wrong (except drinking it; that's a no-no)
