I have been reading about alot of people having the same problem with abilify making them "antzy" and even involentry muscle movement. The symptom is more prominate the higher the dose. It has a name but I can't remember what my pdoc called it.
Anyway I have had BP1 real bad for 10 years now and was put on abilify 40mg per day. It is working great, except for the unsettled behavior. My pdoc Rx'd me with TRIHEXYPHENIDYL HCL. It has worked great and I can take up to 8mg a day as needed. it tends to work very quickly and lasts about 6 hours. I take it with meals and late night before bed. I haven't noticed any other side effects from it at all. I can't find any information on it at WebMD but it must be listed in the PDR if you have access to one to look it up. another name for that is artane, i found it in my med book. the book says its used to control certain side affects from some drugs, and also used in adjunct with other meds to treat parkinson's disease.
