i quit smoking 2 years ago... i felt lonely as hell. today, my heart was teared apart and i went for a pack... the sensation was terrific... any suggestions?

Put the cigs in the trash, rewind, and start back up where you were 2 years ago. Buy yourself a huge chocolate bar to celebrate. Call up a supportive friend to share the chocolate, see a movie, and make sure you go to bed without lighting again.

i agree with cb72 and nevr2late, Throw those cancer sticks away. You do not want to restart smoking, it is smelly, and there are not many places to smoke any more. besides the fact that the price is high, cash wise, and health wise. I quit going on 5 years ago, and never looked back. you do not need them.
