so, I am having a nice little bout of hypomania. And dealing with my health situation, which has gotten waaaay too complicated. Dont know anymore which med is or isnt doing its job, and some are interacting with each other and my psych meds. I am frustrated. And maybe ate too many Oreos. Anyway, I digress. I guess this is one of those times my therapist says to stop trying to "soldier on" and let down for a while. Tomorrow ought to be interesting. I feel like a big whiny baby. Whose mind is bouncing all over the place. Who wants to stay up all night. So mayne I will try to eat something beside an Oreo and try to go to sleep.

" you arent a big whiny baby! dude, i eat too many oreos all the time so i feel you on that one. really unfortunate about your psych meds! seems hella discouraging. im starting to fear the same for my beep1 bf. but hang in there, your body and mind will react appropriately sooner or later. hopefully sooner than later. patience is definitely a damn virtue. hang in there. good luck sleeeping!! " if you haven't brought your problem up to a p-dr oe even your physician, you should. Your pills should not interact like that and cause a problem for you. I wish you luck. "
