Hey, being a guy I really don't know how to answer that question. But I work at a place where the women are just as premiscuous as the men, and post-shift get togethers are an accepted thing. Just realize that if you do give in to your temptation EVERYONE will know about it and your rep will not be like it was before. Trust me it happens every day at my work and some of the ladies in my plant have tarnished their image beyond repair, it's almost sad.
