One thing I notice about Bipolar is the capacity I have to forget names.

It is so annoying.

I spent most of today thinking (trying to remember) what that Quentin Tarantino movie with George Clooney in, is called.

Bugs the shit out of me, I feel the need to Google !

Do you forget to remember things ?

" I use one big book and everything gets written in there on a day to day basis. I also use a small diary in my handbag and two small notebooks for the childrens homework and good/bad behaviour marks. I have a birthday book and an address book. All of these get reconciled every night and consulted every day. It seems alot of work but really it keeps me totally organised and only takes a few minutes each night. "
