" It is learning how to use your wise mind and emotional mind or the 2 poles of bipolar and finding the middle. It is taught as a class. You learn skills for coping in all sorts of situations. It helps you learn your triggers and teaches you to how to use behavior modification in situations to be a better communicator. "

" I go once a week. You have homework or diary cards to track your emotions and your reaction to those emotions. It is 1.5 hours. The homework takes about 15 minutes a day. It is a commitment. I have been going for 1 year. It has changed my life. Marcia Lenihan is the creator of it and has a skills manual out there. You may want to get her skills workbook. Good luck. You can message me if you have any questions about it. "
