As science teaches us is that energy doesn't die. Our bodies emit energy from brain activity, it's like shutting down your computer at the end of the day, the brain is exactly like that. I do believe you go somewhere but where I don't know. I would like to believe there's more to death but untill I get there I won't know lol and x fingers. You believe whatever gives you comfort there is no right ot wrong,as long as your comfortable. Be well.

quantum physics is proving that conciousness lives outside the brain, not inside..neurologists cannot find conciousnes inside the brain. there are some good books on line describing this. try nderf.org for some fascinating research. i know my son is alive and well with his dad, and now scientists are jumping on that truism.
