" I have herniated discs in my neck, along with protruding discs all along my spine with bone spurs. I know how bad I hurt so I can't even imagine the pain that you are in. Is there a free clinic that you can go to to get meds? It's ridiculous that they would find all that on an mri but give you nothing for relief. I'm sorry about that. "

" I have that on L4 and L5, I get spinal injections. If you have health insurance look up a spinal specialist, they do help and it can last as much as 6 months.

That sciatic nerve cab really hurt.

HUGS to you

PS>...try anti-inflamatory meds like advil they can help along with ice packs "

" well since it sounds like you do not have health insurance and your options are limited....do research on internet and see what you can do at home. Be very careful and do not fall or overdo yourself.. sciatica nerve pain can become severely painful. "
